Danish investment firm Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), alongside partners Asiapetro and Novasia, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Binh Thuan People’s Committee to explore the build-out of the 3.5 GW La Gan offshore wind project.
