Vestas Wind Systems and Misubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) have finalised the parameters of their new partnership agreement, in which Vestas has acquired MHI’s shares in the joint venture, MHI Vestas Offshore Wind (MVOW), and in turn, MHI has taken a 2.5% stake in Vestas and a seat on the Danish turbine manufacture’s board of directors.
