Thistle Wind Partners submits onshore planning application for Scottish offshore wind farm

Thistle Wind Partners (TWP), part of DEME Concessions, Qair, and Aspiravi, has submitted its onshore planning application for the 1 GW Ayre Offshore Wind Farm in Scotland to The Highland Council.
