SUSI Energy Transition Fund fully acquires Italian company Genera New Energy

SUSI Partners, through its SUSI Energy Transition Fund (SETF), has acquired full ownership of the Italian energy service company Genera New Energy S.p.A. Società Benefit (Genera Group).
