Ontario Teachers’ to invest in US wind portfolio from NextEra Energy

Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board has agreed to invest $805 million of convertible equity into a 1.8 GW renewable energy portfolio being acquired by NextEra Energy Partners, LP in the United States.
