OCI, CPS, and LG sign MoU for Texas energy storage project

US companies OCI Energy LLC and CPS Energy have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with South Korea’s LG Energy Solution Vertech to collaborate on the development of a new battery energy storage system (BESS) project in Texas.
