The United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) has revealed a contract with Lisbon-based engineering consultancy AQUALOGUS to carry out an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Scoping Report on a first-of-a-kind 1.5 MW floating Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) project in São Tomé and Príncipe.
