Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America and Osaka Gas USA have acquired the 11 MWac/15.7 MWdc Brighter Future Solar Farm in Caldwell County, North Carolina from Pittsburgh-based renewables developer Oriden, a fully-owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Power Americas Inc.
