Africa-focused IPP Globeleq and global developer Mainstream Renewable Power, operating together as the Ikamva consortium, have reached legal close on six solar PV projects under the fifth bid window of South Africa’s Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (REIPPPP).
