Foresight Australia, Shell team up for hybrid renewables complex

Foresight Group and Shell have entered a 50:50 joint venture to acquire a 370 MW hybrid renewables project in Western Australia from Lacour Energy Pty Ltd. and Goldwind International Holdings Ltd.
