Greece-based clean energy developer FARIA Group and Capenergie 5, the fifth renewables fund of OMNES, have established a new joint venture platform called FARIA Renewables S.A. as part of plans to become a ‘leading Independent Power Producer in a ‘fast-growing Greek market’ and further abroad.
