ESB joins Red Rock Power in Scottish offshore wind development

The Electricity Supply Board of Ireland (ESB) has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with Red Rock Power, the Scottish subsidiary of SDIC Power Holdings Co. Ltd., to deploy a new offshore wind farm off the east coast of Scotland.
