EnergyAustralia sells 50% stake in Wooreen battery project to Banpu Energy Australia

EnergyAustralia has agreed to sell a 50% equity interest in the Wooreen Energy Storage System (WESS) in Victoria’s Gippsland region to Banpu Energy Australia, a subsidiary of Thailand’s Banpu Public Company Limited.
