Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, a 50:50 joint venture between EDF Renewables North America and Shell New Energies US, has secured a 20-year OREC contract from the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities to develop a 1,510 MW offshore wind farm off the coast between Atlantic City and Barnegat Light.
