Covanta, GIG, Biffa reach financial close on UK’s Protos Energy Recovery Facility

Covanta Holding Corp., Macquarie’s Green Investment Group Ltd. (GIG), and Biffa plc have reach financial close and launched construction of the Protos Energy Recovery Facility in Cheshire, England.
