Danish fund manager Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has sold a minority stake in the Changfang and Xidao offshore wind projects to a joint venture between Taiwanese insurance companies TransGlobe Life and Taiwan Life Insurance, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CTBC Financial Holding Co.
