Capital Dynamics finds offtaker for Indiana solar project

Capital Dynamics’ Clean Energy Infrastructure (CEI) unit has signed a power purchase agreement with regional US utility Hoosier Energy for the Ratts 2 solar photovoltaic project in Knox County, Indiana.
