Bridgepoint Capital Partners, through the Bridgepoint Europe VII fund, has reached an agreement with Grupo Daniel Alonso and Siemens Gamesa to acquire Windar Renovables, a global manufacturer of towers and foundations for onshore and offshore wind turbines.
