BayWa r.e. collaborates with Ideol, Elicio for joint ScotWind leasing bid

German renewables company BayWa r.e. has entered into partnership with French developer Ideol and Belgian renewables company Elicio to issue a joint bid in Crown Estate Scotland’s ScotWind leasing round.
