Asian Development Bank directs $116 million to Vietnam’s onshore wind market

Power Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 and Japanese renewables company Renova have secured a $116 million green loan from the Asian Development Bank to finance the construction of the 144 MW Quang Tri wind development in Vietnam.
