Ara Partners’ Fund II blows past target size with $1.1 billion close

Ara Fund II, the industrial decarbonisation investment vehicle of US private equity firm Ara Partners, has reached final close with $1.1 billion in total commitments, exceeding both its $650 million initial target and its $1 billion hard cap.
