Clean Flexible Energy, LLC, a joint venture of AES Corporation and TotalEnergies Holding USA, Inc, has secured a conditional commitment for a loan guarantee of up to $861.3 million to finance the construction of solar PV and battery energy storage systems in Puerto Rico.
