Hong Kong-based investment manager ADM Capital has launched the Emerging Asia Renewable Energy Debt Fund, with a $100 million seed commitment from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), which is aimed at providing a range of debt solutions to clean energy projects and developers.
