The 27th edition of the UN Climate Change Conference will be held in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, in November 2022, under Egypt’s Presidency of Climate CoP 27. One of the Pre-COP events is the 3-day strategic “Environment & Development Forum & Expo 2022: The Road to Sharm El Sheikh Climate Change COP 27” which will be hosted by the Government of Egypt and convened by the Arab Water Council during the period of 11 – 13 September 2022 at the InterContinental City Stars, Cairo, Egypt.
The Environment & Development Forum (EDF 2022) will be hosted under the Patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as the Presidency of Climate Change COP27 – His Excellency Sameh Shoukry, President Designate, COP27, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Egypt, in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment, Egypt.
The event will bring together Ministers, heads of delegations from countries, international and regional organisations, private sector companies, and solution providers to discuss topics and issues that are critical to Climate Change, the continued delivery of Climate COP 27 deliverables across the globe and to ensure success of COP27 and beyond.
