COP31 will take place in Antalya, Türkiye, from 9–20 November 2026, with daily themes covering energy, finance, industry, and climate resilience. The Leaders’ Summit will run on 11–12 November.
The programme will open on 9 November with food, agriculture, and health, followed by energy and transport on 10 November. Discussions will cover electrification, grid infrastructure, energy efficiency, and sustainable transport.
Zero waste and the circular economy will be the focus on 11 November, while 12 November will address resilient cities, buildings, and infrastructure. Finance and trade will follow on 13 November, including climate investment and carbon markets.
Education, youth, and skills will feature on 14 November, ahead of social and cultural activities on 15 November. Science, industry, and technology will take centre stage on 16 November.
The programme will turn to oceans, nature, and land use on 17 November, followed by human and social development on 18 November. Implementation discussions on 19 November will cover investment-ready projects and access to finance, before final negotiations on 20 November.
