TotalEnergies sells 50% stake in Polish biogas business to HitecVision

TotalEnergies has agreed to sell a 50% stake in Polska Grupa Biogazowa (PGB), PGB is Poland’s largest biogas producer, to Norwegian investment firm HitecVision for an enterprise value of €190 million.
