AXA IM Alts acquires 60% stake ILOS Projects from Omnes

AXA IM Alts, on behalf of its clients, has agreed to acquire a 60% stake in ILOS Projects, a pan-European renewable energy IPP platform, from Omnes Capital and the company’s founders.
