Libeccio S.r.l., an SPV owned by Fabbrica Energie Rinnovabili Alternative S.r.l. (FERA) and Byom S.r.l., has secured a €97 million financing package from the European Investment Bank (EIB) and Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking (Natixis CIB) to build a new 44.8 MW wind farm in Sicily.
