Enel to sell 49% stake in energy storage platform to Sosteneo

Enel Italia S.p.A. has signed an agreement to sell a 49% stake in Enel Libra Flexsys, the owner and operator of energy storage assets, to Sosteneo Fund 1 HoldCo S.à.r.l. for €1.1 billion.
