ACWA Power, Badeel, SAPCO hit financial close on $2.3 billion solar projects

ACWA Power, Badeel (owned by the Public Investment Fund), and Saudi Aramco Power Company (SAPCO) have reached financial close on the Al Shuaibah 1 and Al Shuaibah 2 solar PV projects in Saudi Arabia.
