GCPF and FMO invest $20 million into the East African solar market

The Global Climate Partnership Fund, managed by responsAbility Investments AG, and the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank FMO have agreed to invest $10 million each into Starsight Premier Energy Finance (SPEF).
