I Squared Capital ready to sell Grupo T-Solar to Cubico

Global investment manager I Squared Capital is set to divest its holding in Grupo T-Solar, a Spain-based solar development platform, to Cubico Sustainable Investments Ltd., in a deal valued at €1.5 billion.
