Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust plc, managed by Downing LLP, is set to acquire Swedish electricity distribution company, Elektra Nät AB, and a portfolio of three hydropower plants in Sweden after signing an exclusivity agreement with AB Edsbyns Elverk.
